Customers are able to cancel or amend orders up to 48 hours before, if it is after this time 50% of the total price will be charged. Customers can change the date of their order up to 48 hours before, as long as we have availability.


Due to the perishable nature of our products returns cannot be accepted. Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item we must be informed within 12 hours of the product being received in order for us to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.

Seasonal Products/Produce Availability

As we order produce on a daily basis to ensure all of our products are as fresh as possible, some garnishes such as fresh figs or edible flowers are subject to availability or substitutions. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate. Products may vary slightly from images due to this.

Food Handling

Once the customer collects their products they must keep them chilled and consume within 2 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, in order to comply with UK food standards Agency (FSA). By accepting our terms and conditions the customer agrees to dispose of any food after this time. Island Deli will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.

Dietary requirements & allergies

Every effort will be made to prevent any cross contamination for orders with known allergies, however we cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to the environment of our kitchen and the high risk of contamination.

If you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please be aware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:


Cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats)








Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)


Sesame seeds


Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

Please note unfortunately we cannot guarantee cheeses are 100% vegetarian.
